B2B leads are the contact details of companies that could become another company's customers. A lead here is a company name, a postal address, a phone number, an email address, a website, and the city and state it sits in. All of it comes from what the company itself publishes on its own website.

Cold emailing is the first written approach to a company you have no business relationship with. In leads2mail it runs over your own SMTP account, under your own sender address, with your own postal address and an unsubscribe link in every message — one email every three minutes, around the clock. Whether a particular address may be emailed is a question of law, and it stays yours to answer; the relevant part of our agreement is section 5 of the Terms.

In the United States commercial email is regulated by the CAN-SPAM Act, which works on an opt-out basis: you may send without prior consent, but the sender and header information must be accurate, the subject line must not deceive, a valid physical postal address must be in the message, and an opt-out must be offered and honoured promptly. Some states add their own rules, and outside the US other law applies entirely. leads2mail puts the postal address and the unsubscribe link into every email and blocks anyone who opts out, permanently and for good. What it cannot do is decide for you whether a given address may be written to — that is your call, and your lawyer's. This is general information, not legal advice; the duty is written out in section 5 of the Terms so that nobody can miss it.

leads2mail costs $99 net per month, billed monthly, on a 12-month term — $1,188 over the term. There is exactly one plan and it contains everything: every target group from trades and commercial cleaning, with the area freely selectable. Nothing is booked separately and nothing is added later. There is no fee per contact and no volume tiering.

The contract runs 12 months from activation. After that it renews for another 12 months unless it is cancelled at least 30 days before the end. You can cancel inside your account under “Company details”, or by email to info@stage-strategy.de. When the term ends, so does access to the data: contacts, projects, templates and reports are no longer retrievable from that day. We say that here and not only in the Terms, because it is the thing you need to know beforehand rather than afterwards.

The sending. A bought list ends when the data changes hands; after that somebody in the business has to do the approaching, and in a small business there is rarely time for it. leads2mail writes to the companies it finds — over your own SMTP account, at one email every three minutes. A bought list is also shared with everyone else who bought it, and it ages from the day it was compiled.

From the companies' own websites and from the business listings they maintain themselves. What is published there is what is taken — nothing from closed areas, nothing guessed, no purchased address lists. Both segments are in there in full: 274,851 reachable companies on the trades side and 377,165 on the cleaning side. The figure for your own selection is shown in the calculator. leads2mail sends one email every 3 minutes, around the clock, every day. That works out to 480 messages a day and roughly 14,400 a month. Those numbers are the arithmetic consequence of the pace — they are neither a cap nor a recommendation, and they are not a promised property of the service.

Yes — leads2mail sends from your own mailbox, and that mailbox is not part of the price. You store the SMTP credentials of a mailbox that belongs to you. The advantage: your sender reputation stands on its own and is not shared with other users.

Budget about 6 hours between registering and the first email going out. That covers picking the target group and the area, connecting your SMTP account, and settling what actually goes out. After that the sending continues without daily attention.

leads2mail is prepared for two cases, and only for those two are the records ready. On the trades side: architecture firms, landscape architects, interior designers, property developers, home builders, general contractors, real estate investment firms, property management companies, apartment communities, housing authorities. On the cleaning side: family medicine practices, specialty medical practices, dental practices, physical therapy clinics, pharmacies, property management companies. For other industries we do not have the data today — ask, and you will get an honest answer.
